When provisioning cr63 remote cameras, ensure sims are activated. once thats confirmed, verkada will have to unlink the verkada sim from the device so that the other sim will work.

Verizon handles SIM sessions differently from other carriers by binding a SIM card’s ICCID to the device IMEI (both solar cameras and cell gateways). 

As a result, only one ICCID can remain active at a time per Verizon’s backend. The Verkada SIM and the Verizon SIM each have their own unique ICCID. 

 

Support has to unbind the camera from their SIM onto the Verizon SIM.

 

You can view this information under camera settings. The carrier is now set to AT&T Verizon SIMs will show as AT&T after this process has been completed by Verkada support. 

 

The ICCID and IMEI numbers can be found in the device settings.

**Note**  As of now, Verkada is having issues w/the CR63 recognizing a third party Verizon sim; it's currently being looked at by engineering.
